5K and 10K Course details!

This year’s Run for Recovery will be starting near the pavilion at Riverfront park and will be going over the new Peter Courtney bridge into Minto Island park.

Packet Pick-up 

Friday, 09.20.2019

All pre-registered participants are encouraged to pick up their packet at Bridgeway Recovery Services the Friday before the race between 5:00pm-6:30pm.

Registration will be closing at 3:00pm the day before the race and will reopen the day of the race. Those registering on the same day will incur a $5.00 price increase.

7:30am – 8:30am: Packet pick up and day of registration ($5.00 price increase).

8:45am – 9:15am: Run for Recovery Welcome

Start Times:

9:30am – 10K

10:00am – 5K

10:01 am – 1 Mile Walk

Finish Schedule:

10:15am – If you need some motivation to finish the Run for Recovery, just know that our food truck, The Rolling Bridgeway Cafe, will be waiting for you at the finish line! Stop by for a filling baked potato after you complete the event!

11:00am – 11:10am – Awards
